The Ray T65 phone has a large 2.8-inch touch screen display, a 3.0 mega pixel camera, Bluetooth, expandable memory and many other features at a very competitive price. The Ray T65 has a standard candy-bar design. It measures 110 x 58 x 12.2 mm and weighs 113 gm. The phone is rather large and there is a plenty of wasted space around the display and the keypad.

The front side has the call speaker at the top. Below is the display that is sunk too deep into the phone to prevent accidental presses from your face during a call. But it also ends up collecting a lot of dust around the edges as it is hard to clean that area. Below the display are the navigation keys and the soft keys along with the call end keys. The navigation keys allow you to use the phone completely without having to bother with the touch screen.
