Nokia has recently made an announcement for the launch of its latest handset called 5250 which is a music centric mobile phone and comes with wide array of other features as well. The physical measurements of the phone are 104 X 49 X 14mm which makes it a compact device that can be easily carried wherever you may go. There is 2.8 inches of TFT screen in the phone that offers resolution count of 640 X 360 pixels along with aspect ratio of 16:9.
The handset runs on Symbian 1 OS and for communications it provides support of GSM and EDGE along with GPRS. To provide entertainment the multimedia options of the handset include 2MP camera along with Ovi Share feature so that you can upload your captured images on the web.
This latest handset proves to be a treat for all the music lovers as it comes with variety of music centric features. The music player of the handset is present on the home screen and the tracks can be easily downloaded in it from the Ovi Music. Moreover expandable memory of up to 16GB allows you to store over 4000 of your favourite songs. FM radio is definitely an added advantage.
Nokia 5250 is expected to hit the market for sale in the 4th quarter of the year with an approximate price tag of RS. 7000.
