HTC Touch Diamond2 vs Acer DX900 – a head on collision Comparison

February 12, 2010

Htc vs acer

Let us compare HTC Touch Diamond2 with Acer Dx900. True that Acer is getting a recognition of being a not so stylish in terms of look, but they are heavily compensating it with the features they are coming up with so that it could be compared with HTC, which has been in the business for quite some time by now.

At first look , with 60.5.x17x106mm size, Acer  seems to hold an edge over HTC of size 53.1×13.7×107.9mm when the use of touch screen feature comes into play but it is HTC which has bigger screen of size 3.2” while Acer provides only 2.8”, apart from being lighter one as well. HTC weighs only 117g compared to 147g of Acer.

Acer has 3-Mega-Pixel Camera with auto-focus while HTC boasts with 5 MP Camera with auto focus. Although both the models have Bluetooth, GSM, GPRS, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, HTC holds the edge by providing EDGE. This is in addition to 512MB ROM and 288MB RAM that HTC comes with, which is the double the features provided by Acer.

It is pretty clean and fair win for HTC over Acer, more because of their experience in the field.
