Vodafone Essar is about to launch their 3G mobile service in 10 different circles in India: Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (East) and West Bengal by end of March 2011.
