Acer has recently made an announcement about their latest unnamed Android Smartphone. The company has not revealed the name of this handset but stated that it will function like 100% tablet and 100% Smartphone and will be available from April, 2011.

This latest mobile phone will come packed with 4.8 inches of display that will have aspect ratio of 21:9 and will offer impressive resolution count of 1024 X 480 pixels for bright and vibrant images. This upcoming handset will be a good choice for all the style conscious people as it will have full metal body along with wavy patterns.

The other features that will come packed in this Smartphone from Acer will include 8MP digital camera with LED flash,  2 MP front facing camera for facilitating video calling, HSDPA, WiFi, DLNA, Bluetooth 3.0,  1 GHz of Snapdragon processor, Dolby mobile sound and Flash 10.1 support.

As per the company this Smartphone will come along with the updated Acer UI. Further information regarding the name, price, OS version and other features are not yet revealed by the company.

Acer beTouch T500 is the latest mobile phone with impressive list of features for great communication as well as entertainment experience. In terms of physical measurements, the size of the handset is 118.5 X 58 X 13.5 with weight of 130 gm.

Besides having Android OS, the handset comes with Acer Shell 4.0 and 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230-1 CPU. The Adreno 205GPU with Flash and SVG hardware acceleration are some of the other technical specifications of Acer Liquid Metal.

There is 3.61 inches of WVGA TFT LCD capacitive multi touch screen display in the phone that offers resolution count of 800 X 480 pixels for providing excellent image quality. There is 512MB of DDR RAM in the phone along with 512MB of ROM.

To capture all your special moments in form of images, a camera with flash in the phone can be used. Its Bluetooth provides connectivity with other compatible devices so that you can conveniently share data. The other details and specifications of Acer Liquid Metal is not yet available.

Acer has recently launched its two new smartphones called beTouch E120 and beTouch E130 which will be powered Google’s Android operating System. Both these handsets features 2 different form factors and will hit the market in the months of July and August.

The BeTouch E120 is a full touch phone whereas the beTouch E130 comes in a candy bar form with QWERTY Keyboard.

Both these latest handset shares a series of features which include 3.2 MP camera, 256MB RAM, 512 MB of ROM, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM Radio, ST Ericsson 416 MHz processors, 3.5 mm audio jack , microSD card slot, accelerometer for auto rotate, 3G connectivity, built in GPS receiver and 1500 mAh battery.

Acer beTouch E120 features 2.8 inches of touchscreen display along with 5 way navigation key. The phone also comes loaded with integrated Facebook and Twidroid application so that you can stay connected to your friends and loved ones.

Acer beTouch E130 has 2.6 inches of touchscreen display with QWERTY keyboard and also supports popular email services, Google applications, Microsoft Exchange Servers, Facebook and Twidroid integration.

Acer has recently unveiled its new special edition Liquid e smartphone in order to join the celebration of the 800^th Formula 1 Race of the Ferrari team. This Acer Liquid e Ferrari Special Edition will be dedicated to Scuderia and the handset will bear the popular black prancing horse logo on the back.

The phone will be redesigned to have a microphone which will resemble like the air intake inlet of the red racing cars.

The Scuderia Ferrari shield will have the details which will be made from carbon fibre and exclusive wallpapers will also come preloaded on this special edition phone. Moreover a Ferrari branded Bluetooth handsets along with noise cancellation support will also be available in the handset.
