Acer has taken off covers from two new handsets, one of which is called Acer Liquid E3. This new phone was unveiled by the company before the Mobile World Congress 2014 event and is a mid-range device that will be tagged at Rs. 8500 approximately.
Acer Liquid E3 is expected to hit the European markets in April whereas the company hasn’t revealed much about its global availability. This is most probably a single SIM device that will be running on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. It will be also receiving a KitKat update later this year. It features a 4.7 inch IPS display screen with a pixel count of 720×1280 pixels. Under the hood is a quad core processor of unknown chipset ticking away at 1.2 GHz. This processor is also clubbed with a 1 GB RAM space.
Acer Liquid E3 is fitted in with a 13 MP snapper with LED flash and a 2 MP front facing camera for making video conferencing and chatting possible for users. 4GB of internal storage space bundled up and this can be extended by up to 32 GB via the micro SD card slot facility. This phone supports 3G connectivity.
