Samsung mobiles have launched a new budget phone in the market and this latest Smartphone is called Samsung Galaxy Star Pro. This new handset is tagged at a price of Rs. 6989 and is packed in with some decent and acceptable quality specs and features.
Samsung Galaxy Star Pro is believed to be the successor of Galaxy Star and runs on the Android 4.1 Jelly bean version Operating system. It is a dual SIM phone running on GSM and features a 4 inch display screen. The screen offers a resolution count of 480×800 pixels. Under the hood, this phone is powered by a 1 GHz Cortex A5 processor which is supported by a 512 MB RAM space. Further, there is 4 GB of onboard memory space that can be expanded by upto 32 GB using micro SD card slot.
Samsung Galaxy Star Pro is attached with a 2 MP rear end camera but there is no front facing shooter on this phone. Some connectivity options supported by this budget Smartphone include GPRS, EDGE, Wifi, Bluetooth, micro USB port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The 1500 mAh battery delivers 15 hours of talk time and 370 hours of standby time.
