In order to expand its existing range of mobile phones, Lava is all set to launch its latest model called Lava Iris 356 that will be made available very soon. This latest model will come packed with 3.5 inches of HVGA display that will be capable of supporting resolution count of 320 X 480 pixels. Lava Iris 356 is a dual SIM compatible device that runs on GSM network.
Powered by 1.2 GHz of dual core processor the handset will run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and will feature 256MB of RAM. Though the internal memory of the phone is very less at 100MB but the presence of microSD card slot facilitates expansion by up to 32GB when needed.
Basic quality images can be captured with 1.3 MP of rear camera present in the handset that comes along with flash while its VGA front camera enables video calling. As claimed by the company, the 1500 mAh of battery in the phone is capable of providing up to 5 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time.
Additional specifications of the phone include WiFi, GPRS, Bluetooth, EDGE, preloaded apps like LAVA Zone, Facebook, MX Player, Gtalk, YouTube and others. Lava Iris 356 will be made available in the market with a pocket friendly price tag of Rs. 4499 only.
