Sony has decided to release its most awaited handset called Sony Xperia Z in India on March 6th. This device shall be running on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean version operating system and from the looks of it, seems pretty classy and interesting.
Sony Xperia Z is a waterproof, dustproof, scratch resistant and even a shatter resistant device and thus can be easily tagged as a ‘rough and tough phone’. This handset shall be featuring a 5 inch display screen which shall be full HD capacitive in nature and offering a resolution count of 1080×1920 pixels. Infact this screen has the Reality Display feature which has been powered by the Mobile Bravia Engine 2. Xperia Z has been powered by a 1.5 GHz Quad-core Krait processor which is clubbed with a 2 GB RAM space.
Sony Xperia Z has been fitted in with a 13.1 MP rear end camera and a 2.2 MP front facing camera as well. A 2330 mAh battery powers this phone and can deliver a standby time of up to 550 hours and a talk time of up to 11 hours. The connectivity options are GPRS, 3G, Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS, and EDGE etc.
