Samsung has finally announced and unveiled the much awaited Samsung Galaxy S IV. Putting all rumours to rest, Samsung has disclosed the real features of this handset at an event in New York. This device will be rolled out in 155 countries in April 2013 but there is no word about its pricing.
Samsung Galaxy S IV shall be running on an eight core 1.6 GHz processor which will be coupled with 2 GB of RAM space. The graphics of this phone will be taken care of by the PowerVR SGX 544MP3 chip. S IV will come with a 4.99 inch super AMOLED display screen which will be offering the users a resolution count of 1920×1080 pixels and a pixel density of 441 ppi. This phone will be available in three variants-16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB.
Galaxy S IV is thinner than Samsung Galaxy S III at a thickness of only 7.9mm. This handset shall be fitted in with a 13 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front facing camera. This upcoming handset will be available in two colours- white frost and black mist. It will be working on the Android 4.2.2 OS and shall be installed in with a 2600 mAh battery.
