Lava mobiles have rolled out yet another touchscreen handset and this latest device is known as Lava IRIS 502. This handset runs on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and has been priced at Rs. 8499 in India. Users get to enjoy dual SIM and dual standby features on IRIS 502.
Lava IRIS 502 is a 5 inch handset that offers a resolution count of 800×480 pixels. The rear of this latest mobile phone boasts of a 5 MP snapper whereas a front facing VGA camera has been incorporated for the video calling facility. Under the hood, IRIS 502 is powered by a 1 GHz processor and a 512 MB RAM space. As far as the connectivity options are concerned, this model offers features such as GPRS, 3G, GPS, Wifi, Bluetooth, micro USB port and a 3.5 mm audio jack as well.
Lava IRIS 502 comes packed in with 2 GB of internal memory space as well as a micro SD card slot that can enable the users to extend the external memory space by as much as 32 GB. The 2000 mAH battery does a good job at providing talk time and standby time to IRIS 502’s users.
