Micromax mobiles have yet again launched a touchscreen phone that runs on the Android OS. This new device is named as Micromax A52 which operates on the Gingerbread version of the OS. It comes with many decent specifications and is available for a reasonable price as well.
Micromax A52 features a 3.1 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen which gives the phone a compact look and which offers a resolution of 320×240 pixels. A52 is available in three colours-jet black, calm white and bright yellow. As far as connectivity options are concerned, this model comes with Wifi, facility, GPRS support, Bluetooth, a 3.5 mm audio jack and EDGE. One of the highlight specifications of this model is that it has been installed with a 1GHz processor which seems great for a medium budget device.
The 1280mAH battery which powers Micromax A52 can provide up to 5 hours of talk time and 182 hours of standby time. WAP and Chrome Mini browser have also been preinstalled for surfing the web. Talking of the camera, this handset comes with a 2 MP camera fitted on the rear end and has features like multi shot, night vision, digital zoom and wide screen video.
