Samsung has recently announced an addition to its family of mobile phones in the form of its latest model called Samsung Wave Y that comes packed with decent list of features. This phone runs on Bada 2.0 OS and is powered by 832 MHz of processor.
Physically the phone measures 110 X 58.2 X 12.3 mm in size and has a weight of 102.4 grams. There is 3.2 inches of TFT capacitive touch screen in the phone that supports 320 X 480 pixels resolution and features TouchWiz UI, accelerometer sensor and proximity sensor.
The internal memory of Samsung Wave Y is 150MB and its external memory can be expanded up to 32GB through microSD card slot. Connectivity in the phone is provided through options of GPRS, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, WiFi, microUSB 2.0, EDGE, 3G, GPS with AGPS and WAP 2.0/xHTML/HTML Browser.
Additional specifications that comes along with Samsung Wave Y include NFC Capability, 1200 mAh battery, 2 MP camera with LED Flash and digital zoom, FM Radio with RDS, multi format music player with 3.5mm audio jack, HVGA video recording, video player and games.
