Service Quality Management to be offered to Telcos by Connectiva

Connectiva Systems, which is a USA based revenue management Software Company for telecom operators, has stated that they will launch a solution which will enable the telcos to monitor their network’s service quality.
The chief product and marketing officer of Connectiva Systems, Anandan Jayaraman stated that “Going forward we will be launching quality of service management solution that will help chief technical officers of telecom companies to understand and monitor the quality of service of their network (call drops, network congestion etc). We will launch the solution by the end of this year.”
Currently, 3 kinds of solutions are offered by Connectiva to the Indian telcos and these include revenue assurance, fraud management and customer experience management.
In India Connectiva works with Idea Cellular and Bharti Airtel along with some other small Greenfield companies in the DTH and cable space. Globally Connectiva works with big companies like Ericsson, Zain, T- Mobile and Etisalat.
