Samsung Ultra Touch Review

June 3, 2010

In today’s modern era, the Samsung Ultra Touch has proven itself as a bombshell in the category of sliding phones which is embedded with excellent touch screen technology.  This Tocco model comes with massive 2.8’’ capacitive OLED screen.  The amazing display of 240×400 pixels supports full picture clarity with accelerometer sensor. Moreover, the scratch resistance screen protects display and assures no damage to the screen. It’s a master piece with light weight of 105gm with route 66 navigation and very sleek with 110×51.5×12.7mm.

The two tone look adds appeals to the carbon gloss with metallic frame around the display which is good enough to attract onlookers. Camera of 8 megapixels with smile shot and face detection allows clicking desired snaps. VGA @ 30fps and WDR are the compliment features available in this classic piece. Samsung Ultra touch is so good in flash that the buyer need not spend on a separate camera.

Samsung Ultra Touch Screen is an absolute competitor of touch screens and sliding phones of LG- KM900. Although KM-900 shares close features with Samsung Ultra Touch, but if one is seeking for an excellent connectivity, Ultra Touch beats all of the models in terms of Bluetooth with WAP enabled, USB connector and GPRS system. HSCSD is available in Ultra Touch with compatible upgraded version of TouchWiz UI (1.5) operating system which is not present in close competitor LG- KM900.

Expandable memory of Samsung Ultra Touch comes with inbuilt 80 MB incorporated along with microSD swappable card available up to 16 GB which is actually a brilliant advantage which one cannot get in LG- KM900. Its Lithium Ion battery with 880mAh and a standby time of 350 minutes is another beneficial feature as compared to LG- KM900 and of course with some models present in the same segment.
