Nokia E72 Review

June 25, 2010

A talk of the town, the E72 is a typical metal finish mobile phone, an interesting attribute of the E series phones from Nokia. This is an out and out business phone and carries out various professional tasks. It is an improved version of the E71 but is not just a good phone for its looks and features. It’s more than a phone.

This phone is impressive. It is bold, and the weight has its impact on your palm and pockets. It gives you the coldness of steel. The best features of this phone in comparison to the E71 are its practical design, the smartness, slim built and finger-print resistant feature. Just like most of the other Nokia phones the battery life is fantastic.

The QWERTY keypad resembles that of the E63 but the smaller space key leaves room for some more buttons on the keypad. This phone is offers comfortable use for those into high text messaging. The keyboard backlight is strong and good and helps you type your texts or work on the phone conveniently. The navigation trackpad is an advantage over the track ball but this is not the best from a mobile phone. Use the BlackBerry Bold 9700 to feel the difference.

Nokia E72 comes with a moderate 5 mega pixel camera with LED flash. It runs on the Symbian technology and has a 2.36” QVGA display. The handset supports GPRS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and also the MS office mobile. However, the flip side is the loudspeaker which does not match the quality of its competitors.
