New handset called CG 888 unveiled by Grapes

Unitron Exim, who are the brand owners of Grape range of mobile phones, has recently unveiled their new handset called Grapes CG 888. The company claims that this latest mobile phone is the India’s first QWERTY keypad phone. The handset offers dual SIM capability with options of CDMA+GSM or GSM+GSM.
As per the company Grapes CG 888 is targeted towards the tech savvy and urban, office and college going youth and initially the phone will be launched in metro, mini metro cities and in SEC A and B class towns.
To keep you connected to your loved ones the phone comes ready with Facebook and moreover it also provides access to MSN and Yahoo for instant messaging and social networking.
There is 2 inches of QCIF screen in the handset that provides support to 65K colors. Other features include expandable memory up to 2GB, 1.3 MP camera, 1500 mAh battery, MP3/ MP4 player, FM radio, universal 2.5mm audio jack, WAP, JAVA, Bluetooth and others.
Grapes CG 888 will be available with a price tag of Rs.4,999 which will also include one year warranty.
