Micromax X500 is a phone which is available with affordable price range. This phone looks very attractive with its sleek design. The touch screen makes it more stylish in its looks. It also enables GMS compatibility. The phone comes with 5 megapixel camera with 4 X digital zoom that can be used for all your photography requirements inside or outside the office. The QVGA screen with 262 K colors gives this phone the astonishing resolution. The display size of 2.8 inches with 240 X 320 pixel resolution makes the activities like net browsing, playing games, going through SMS and MMS, scrolling down the contact list, an easy task.
The Li-ion 800 mAH battery gives 3 to 4 hrs of talktime backup as well as upto 150 hrs of standby backup. Micromax is a non-responsive company. They always either do not give or give wrong information on their website. For x500 for the last about 1 year it has been saying it has 8gb expanable memory. But now it says it has only 2gb memory. The file for user manual of x500 is damaged for the last one year and has not been set right. Now that they have done it, it still says file damaged and cannot be opened. This is happening for the last about 1 year. In view of the above I have dropped the idea of buying their X500 P.L.Punj
