Brain Tumors not caused by Cell phones as per WHO

New reports and studies are issued every now and then which lays concern on the possible link between the usage of cellphones and brain cancer, but according to the officials of WHO( World Health Organization), no such association exists.
Many studies which are conducted earlier stated that there is relation between the amount of time spent on a mobile phone and development of brain tumor in the long run.
As per the study which is published in International Journal of Epidemiology the use of cell phone does not increase the risk of having certain types of brain tumors. The Director of WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), Christopher Wild stated that “The results really don’t allow us to conclude that there is any risk associated with mobile phone use, but… it is also premature to say that there is no risk associated with it.”
It is believed by Scientists that further studies are needed and specially on the cell phone users in order to confirm the finding of such studies.
