The Ray T65 phone has a large 2.8-inch touch screen display, a 3.0 mega pixel camera, Bluetooth, expandable memory and many other features at a very competitive price. The Ray T65 has a standard candy-bar design. It measures 110 x 58 x 12.2 mm and weighs 113 gm. The phone is rather large and there is a plenty of wasted space around the display and the keypad.

The front side has the call speaker at the top. Below is the display that is sunk too deep into the phone to prevent accidental presses from your face during a call.
