I have purchase Micromax Q5fb mobile from M/s. Friendship Mobile, Veraval, Gujarat three months back. I am facing of track ball problem. I have sent my mobile for repairing two times in three months. First time my mobile was kept around 15 days for repairing. After repairing within 10 days same problem observed. I have contated my dealer and he informed me to send for repair. I have handover my phone to him on 02.08.2010. He has informed me repairing will take around 45 days. I have purchase this phone for communication purpose not for repairint. In three months my mobile was kept under repairing for 1 1/2 months. I am not satisfied this type of service. Sir if my phone instrument have some design problem why you not replace the same. You are expensing lots of money towards Cricket sponcering, but not give attention of customer problem. Please revert back about your action taken.
