I have purchase Micromax Q5fb mobile from M/s. Friendship Mobile, Veraval, Gujarat three months back. I am facing of track ball problem. I have sent my mobile for repairing two times in three months. First time my mobile was kept around 15 days for repairing. After repairing within 10 days same problem observed. I have contated my dealer and he informed me to send for repair. I have handover my phone to him on 02.08.2010. He has informed me repairing will take around 45 days. I have purchase this phone for communication purpose not for repairint. In three months my mobile was kept under repairing for 1 1/2 months. I am not satisfied this type of service. Sir if my phone instrument have some design problem why you not replace the same. You are expensing lots of money towards Cricket sponcering, but not give attention of customer problem. Please revert back about your action taken.

Please solve my problem. I have purchased micromax x510 (pike) mobile. This mobile shows half sms. When I tell my problem to micromax care centre then they told me in this mobile software updation is required but no updated software is available now. So Please launch its latest version of software.
I brought a micromax X550 qube last month, and want to know that can I remove the clock which appears at the front of the screen , coz it covers a major part of the screen and I am not able to enjoy my wallpapers .

28/12/2010 i have purchased micromax Q2+ dual sim i am starting to use but
after 3 hrs instruments key pad light on but screen blank and serching start automatic next day i am complain to phone house rajkot and they taking instrument from me and hand over to service centre after five day return to me but same probleme is to be continue
