May be this feedback is also only to display. Karbonn customer care will never try to contact you. I tried to activate GPRS in K661 but it was not working and I tried to contact at their service centre in sec 22 but i found there that the service centre is only to publish in the booklet because they dont even understand that wat is the problem. Then how they satisfy with service
This is a good phone according to it’s prices, it has some features like samsung star & nokia 5233, due to having the touch system,
Its satisfying but only for dudes & music & gaming lovers.
