Sony Ericsson has unveiled its two new cell phones called Xperia X10 mini and Xperia X10 mini pro both of which run on Android OS and are known to be the compact versions of Xperia X10 model.

The major difference between these two cell phones is the inclusion of the slide out QWERTY keyboard which is present in the X10 mini pro model whereas the X10 mini model just has a touchscreen.

Other features which are similar in both the handsets include 5MP camera, 2.55 inches of touchscreen, UX platform/skin running on the top of Android 1.6, interactive music player with infinite button, customizable homescreen along with touchscreen corners for the widgets, 2GB MicroSD card, Sony Ericsson Timescape Application, 3.5mm of headphone jack, A-GPS, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

The X10 mini will be available in pearl white, black, red, silver, lime and pink color whereas the X10 mini pro will be available only in red and black colors.
