Hi, I have this phone (Samsung J700), I bought in December 2009 it from Carphone Warehouse, my network is O2. Yesterday I went running and dropped it on the floor. The sound on it is muffled and very quiet and I can’t hear anything someone says when having a conversation although they can hear me perfectly. I wanted to ask you about the warranty on this phone and is there anything I can do? Or should I just leave it and buy a new one?
