Microsoft is trying to get Xbox Live service to Windows Mobile 7 which is made obvious with Microsoft is looking to fill vacancies on the project.

It has gone ahead and even put up an official ad in its site and is clearly looking for a Principal Program Manager and a Software Test Engineer. Well, they would be looking for more guys as well; after all they have a complete project to be taken care. Not just that the words in the ads are making it more than an assumption.
